Energy Analysis

Commercial Energy Analysis

As a part of our Commercial Energy Analysis, EcoTech will:

• Determine Audit Goals, Gather basic building structure information, review historic building modifications and any future modifications.  From this EcoTech can establish an inventory list to use in its design and engineering efforts.
• Perform a review of the facilities electrical distribution system.  This part of our audit will verify transformer capacity, review panels and load additions or reductions as a means of determining actual use.
• Perform a review of HVAC systems.  This review will consist of a total review of the buildings heating and cooling systems. EcoTech will evaluate efficiencies of existing systems and offer options for integrating alternative solutions and cost-saving mechanical modifications.

Upon completion of our Energy Cost Control Analysis, EcoTech will provide you detailed findings and present cost saving steps and ROI information; including rebates and incentives that are applicable.
