• EcoTech attends New Energy Economy meeting in Denver with Governor Bill Ritter - On October 14th, EcoTech attended the meeting that included top players in the alternative energy industry.  Topics of discussion included creating primary jobs, grant money awards, and new energy challenges we face internationally.  EcoTech presented its business model to the Governors Energy Office and is exploring opportunities to work more closely with local municipalities to acquire grant monies to implement alternative energy plans within city and town facilities.

• EcoTech Partners with Largest U.S. Distributor of Alternative Energy Products -  September 26th, 2008 - After months of discussions, EcoTech has established a relationship with one of the largest Alternative Energy Products suppliers to the U.S.  EcoTech Plans to leverage this relationship by promoting the most diverse provisional capabilities to all of its client base in its market.

  July 25^th, 2008 – EcoTech meets with Governors Energy Office to discuss Gov. Ritter's Colorado Climate Action Plan and future incentives and funding projects for Alternative and Sustainable energy solutions in Colorado.

• EcoTech attends Rockies Game with Xcel Energy
  The senior members of EcoTech Alternative Energy Solutions met with Program Directors at a Colorado Rockies Game function sponsored by Xcel Energy.  The event was promoting Xcel's Saver Switch Program.  Members discussed energy consumption and renewables.

• August 12^th, 2008 – EcoTech meets with County Commissioner, Randy Eubanks, to discuss the county’s alignment with the Governors Energy Plan and collaboration efforts to unify incentive programs among Colorado Municipalities.

• August 1^st, 2008 – EcoTech meets with Estes Park Power Administrators to discuss new Small Wind Incentives and Electric Thermal Storage (ETS).   EcoTech is an authorized reseller of the small wind solution selected for an incentive pilot program in Estes Park.

• July 8^th, 2008 – EcoTech Alternative Energy Solutions registered itself with the Colorado Secretary of State as an official entity.  The Estes Park based company will actively and aggressively pursue a course of renewable and sustainable energy products and solutions for the Rocky Mountain Region and abroad.   The company has been providing Alternative Energy solutions for over a decade under its parent company, ProTech Inc.  ProTech, owned by Tim McPhee of Estes Park, has had a presence in Estes Park and Northern Colorado and Wyoming for over 26 years.
